Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to be home when you come to clean up?
No. As long as we are able to enter your property, we can come to clean up, even when you're not home.
Do my dogs have to be inside during the service?
Yes - for the safety of our technicians, we ask that all dogs must be kept inside before we arrive. This way we can do our best work without any distractions.
Do you remove pet waste all year long?
Yes. We offer clean up service year-round.
Do you offer additional services?
Currently we do not offer additional services. In the future we will be offer deodorizer spray, patio/dog-run hose down, deodorizer soak, and pressure washing.
How often should I schedule service?
This depends on a few factors such as how many dogs you have and how often you utilize your backyard. If you have three or more dogs, then we recommend service twice per week.
If I go on vacation can I temporarily suspend services?
Absolutely! As long as the dog won’t be using the yard. We ask to have a 24 hour notice that you are not wanting services that week.
How does inclement weather affect my service?
We will continue to service in most weather. However, if weather prevents us from visiting your yard, we will work to still accommodate you within that week.
Does my dogs waste really need picked up?
YES, YES AND YES! Dogs waste, contrary to popular belief, is NOT good fertilizer. It actually kills your grass the longer it sits. It also has harmful bacteria in it, such as E. Coli. This makes it harmful for you, your kids, your guests and your pets.
